SCHRADERGROUP (SG), an architectural and engineering design firm, needed help integrating collaboration solutions in their new office space. The goal was to incorporate advanced solutions that were visually appealing and created an impact for visitors, clients, and employees.

Solution

Cenero worked with SG to integrate flexible technology that could allow for seamless collaboration and easy visibility from both the meeting space as well as the overflow area. The solution allowed users to utilize the space for a variety of different use cases.  SG utilizes the audio and video solution weekly to bring all regional offices together.  Meetings are held “live” in Conshohocken and are attended by four regional offices on the side wall monitor, while all parties are seeing the same imagery projected on the primary wall monitor.  The team works virtually together in both an audio and video format to allow all parties to experience presentations seamlessly.

SG also leverages Cenero’s Proactive Managed Services, Constant Connect, which proactively monitors, tests, and repairs all AV technology to ensure ongoing reliability and functionality of meeting spaces.

When Cenero was building our new headquarters, we knew we wanted the space to be a showcase to illustrate the many ways technology can help empower collaboration in the workplace. After working with us on a few collaboration projects, PMMI choose Cenero as their AV partner when relocating their headquarters from Herndon, VA to Reston, VA.

Big Snow is the first indoor ski slope in North America. Cenero partnered with Big Snow to implement two large-impact video walls at the entrance to their retail location in the American Dream mall. We also provided 18 displays throughout the warm side of the snow resort and supplied lighting controls and speakers for the three gondolas in the park that feature a video presentation that welcomes attendees to the ski area.

CASE STUDY: Legacy Union

Cenero is proud to see this large video wall project come to life! An impressive 1000” 70’ x 36’ video wall inside the lobby of Legacy Union, Charlotte’s newest high rise and home to Bank of America.

We worked with the interiors architect to consult, design and integrate this statement video wall.  We also helped with the content management, working with building stakeholders and Second Story experiential  design studios to provide 4K video segments, custom artwork, content roadmap planning and content management services. The wall features ever-changing color and sound driven by a complex algorithm along with drone shots, football games and marketing messages.

We also incorporated our remote managed services, Constant Connect with the facilities AV systems to ensure the wall will always function flawlessly and create an ongoing impressive impact to all those visiting the lobby.

Cenero recently designed and integrated an outdoor LED display at a retail center in Charlotte. The video wall features ads, including those of the local retailers. A remote camera allows all advertisers to view the screen 24/7.  The video wall includes xPanel access for property managers to access the wall at anytime and Smarter Sign advertising software that is linked to a third party ad company selling ad space.

The wall is of course supported by our Constant Connect Proactive Services which provide remote, proactive testing of the video wall to ensure it is up and running and fully functional at all times!

CASE STUDY: Price Modern

Price Modern partnered with Cenero to create a new technology innovation center, featuring an interactive video wall in the heart of the showroom. Utilizing Bluescape software and virtual reality, Price Modern can improve their customer experience – making changes to designs on the fly, showing layouts in 3D and accomplishing in a few hours what used to take months.

Cenero partnered with AXA to deploy and support over 50 conference rooms and huddle spaces for the new AXA Charlotte campus. The overall collaborative solution includes Polycom featuring Microsoft Skype for Business, Planar video walls and Biamp distributed audio.

The video wall contains live information obtained from the building management system regarding WELL certifications that is constantly updated in real-time.
