The Situation:

A Maryland-based non-profit needed help with their aging technology solution, which was no longer meeting their needs for internal meetings and rental space events. The organization relies on its venue for various purposes and needed technology that was seamless and easy to use for everyone involved.

The non-profit’s IT team often faced frustration from dealing with frequent calls to address problems with the outdated system. Additionally, the rental space had a diverse set of requirements, from facilitating internal meetings to offering a venue for external events. The Situation

A leading health insurance provider wanted to design a versatile audiovisual solution for a new 250+ person meeting space to facilitate collaboration and connect employees. The goal was to create a flexible, user-friendly environment for town halls, trainings, and panel discussions, supporting both in-person and virtual experiences. Cenero collaborated with the provider and their interior design firm to identify needs and define key goals: flexibility, inclusive experiences for all attendees, and simplicity in technology use.

The Solution

Cenero provided a comprehensive solution with four dvLED video walls, ensuring clear viewing angles for both in-person and remote participants using Microsoft Teams. Ten cameras were integrated throughout the space to automatically track the active speaker, adjusting for different room layouts and seating arrangements. A ceiling microphone system captures audio and adjusts for speaker position, while wireless microphones enhance speech clarity for both in-person and virtual attendees.

During creation of the construction documentation, Cenero utilized their virtual reality tool, VRBlueprint, to allow stakeholders to visualize the space and refine technical decisions before the room was designed.

Cenero’s Proactive Managed Services, Constant Connect, also ensures continuous monitoring and support, providing peace of mind that all technology will always work when needed. The result was a flexible, high-performance meeting space designed for seamless collaboration and consistent use.

The Situation

Staff had to manually update the sign for each performance, which limited visibility and efficiency. The theater needed a modern solution to improve communication, enhance visibility, and streamline operations while preserving its historic charm.

The Solution

In collaboration with Cenero, the theater upgraded its marquee to a high-definition digital display. Powered by a Brightsign player and managed via Carousel software, the system allows for real-time updates and dynamic content. Now, staff can instantly update the marquee to reflect the name of the theater or the current performance without the need for manual intervention.

Cenero ensured seamless integration with the theater’s existing infrastructure and compliance with the City of Philadelphia’s preservation guidelines. The new digital marquee enhances visibility, allows for creative messaging, and serves as a key marketing tool.

The Situation

Cenero began working with Holman (formerly ARI Fleet Management) in 2012, helping to upgrade collaboration spaces at their Mount Laurel, NJ headquarters (4001 building). Over the years, the partnership expanded to include a wide range of services. Most recently, Holman sought to rejuvenate their post-COVID, in-office experience across their corporate campus with a focus on enhancing collaboration through advanced meeting room technology.

The first step was to renovate the 3001 building. Holman outlined several key goals for the project, including a user-friendly system with one-touch meeting joins, seamless Zoom integration along with support for alternative platforms, consistent user experiences across rooms and excellent audio/video quality. Additionally, the system needed to be cost-effective, modular and scalable, with flexibility for a future transition to Microsoft Teams. Holman also required collaboration with project management and IT teams to ensure smooth integration, training, and support.

The Solution

Cenero recommended an Android-based Zoom room system which provided the desired performance and future-proof capabilities that were required. A senior engineer from Cenero worked closely with Holman’s project team to define AV requirements and ensure seamless integration with the overall building design. Cenero’s project manager oversaw the implementation, ensuring the project stayed on track and within budget.

The solution provided one-touch meeting joins, consistent user experiences across all rooms, and advanced AI features like Smart Gallery, which focuses on individual participants in a meeting room during a video call for more immersive meetings, all of which met Holman’s criteria. The scalable solution was deployed in the 3001 building and is now being expanded across the campus to the 4001 and 2001 buildings. Cenero also worked with Holman’s IT team to provide training and support, ensuring a smooth transition.

Looking ahead, Cenero will help Holman transition all systems to Microsoft Teams and support similar solutions for remote offices and subsidiaries.

The Solution:

An essential element to creating a space with impact included adding an impressive visual focal point to the room. DBI Architects worked with Cenero to integrate a 110” display that hung from a slated wood wall, a key architectural component of the space. A seamless collaboration between the architect, general contractor, and the Cenero team helped ensure flawless execution of this eye-catching visual to the space. The room offers flexible BYOD solutions that can be connected both wired and wirelessly, along with a cable tuner to allow for streaming services.

Cenero also provides their Proactive managed services, offering on demand assistance from a Help Desk from just the touch of a button. This is vital for Cushman & Wakefield as it allows the space to be accessible by anyone who walks into the room without the need for any staff assistance.

Situation

SCHRADERGROUP (SG), an architectural and engineering design firm, needed help integrating collaboration solutions in their new office space. The goal was to incorporate advanced solutions that were visually appealing and created an impact for visitors, clients, and employees.

Solution

Cenero worked with SG to integrate flexible technology that could allow for seamless collaboration and easy visibility from both the meeting space as well as the overflow area. The solution allowed users to utilize the space for a variety of different use cases.  SG utilizes the audio and video solution weekly to bring all regional offices together.  Meetings are held “live” in Conshohocken and are attended by four regional offices on the side wall monitor, while all parties are seeing the same imagery projected on the primary wall monitor.  The team works virtually together in both an audio and video format to allow all parties to experience presentations seamlessly.

SG also leverages Cenero’s Proactive Managed Services, Constant Connect, which proactively monitors, tests, and repairs all AV technology to ensure ongoing reliability and functionality of meeting spaces.

Cenero partnered with the Maryland Hospital Association to create sophisticated tech solutions for their meeting spaces that could work for a variety of use cases. For the boardroom, Cenero designed a center credenza that houses 4 displays to allow for visibility from every seat at the table. 8 cameras were installed so everyone could be seen clearly and also featured tracking capabilities to follow the presenter in the room. Situation

Texas Native Health, a non-profit organization providing services to support the Texas Native American community, needed a partner to help develop collaborative solutions for their multi-purpose area. The space needed to work for many types of use cases, and audio needed to extend to additional overflow areas throughout the office including the kitchen, lobby, and hallway.

Solution

Cenero collaborated with Texas Native Health to design and integrate flexible AV solutions in their multi-purpose area, including providing audio coverage in additional areas so that people can hear clearly in overflow spaces. We provided strategic guidance on the type of solutions that would allow people to use the space in a variety of ways, incorporating technology that was flexible for a multitude of meeting scenarios. Cenero also provided in-person training on the technology, empowering all employees to confidently use the new AV solutions in the space.
